Wayne State University Student Housing

TEC provided environmental assessment, geotechnical investigation and construction materials testing for the construction of Anthony Wayne Drive Apartments; a new housing development at Wayne State University (WSU).  The 575 unit structure is a 395,000 sq. ft. complex that includes 9,700 sq. ft. for a student health center and 17,000 sq. ft. for retail space, while housing over 800 students.
