Ryan Rae,

Ryan Rae is Manager of Industrial Hygiene Services and has nearly two decades of experience supporting environmental health and safety programs for a wide range of projects. His work includes managing asbestos and lead abatement, demolition oversight, and indoor air quality assessments for schools, municipalities, and private clients across Michigan.
Ryan has played a key role in many notable projects, including ongoing environmental services for Michigan State University, campus-wide asbestos inspections for Mott Community College, and major redevelopment efforts such as the Palace of Auburn Hills and Northville Downs.
He is a Michigan EPA-accredited Asbestos Inspector and Contractor Supervisor, as well as a State of Michigan Licensed Building Inspector. Ryan holds an Associate of Science degree from Mott Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health and Safety at Oakland University.
With his strong technical background and collaborative approach, Ryan is dedicated to ensuring safe, compliant, and successful project outcomes for every client.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children, embracing both the joys and challenges of family life. When he’s not driving his kids to practices and games, he likes woodworking, camping, and exploring Michigan’s many outdoor activities and scenic landscapes.
