TEC Selected as a Pre-qualified Environmental Consultant by MSHDA to Provide as Needed Environmental Services and Peer Review

Troy, MI – The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) has selected Testing Engineers & Consultants, Inc. (TEC) to be included on their preferred list of prequalified environmental consulting firms eligible to provide as needed environmental review and statewide professional environmental services for a two-year period.

As a Michigan–based firm, TEC has a vested interest in supporting MSHDA’s vision to build a strong and vibrant Michigan. We will do our part in creating and preserving affordable housing for low to moderate income residents by working with MSHDA and private developers to provide environmental assessments, asbestos and lead–based paint surveys, due care compliance assistance, and peer review of same for the revitalization of residential and commercial properties in neighborhoods and rural areas throughout the State.

TEC provides client support from property acquisition through construction, renovation and restoration.
