Benjamin Beach,
Ben Beach is the Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years of experience in project management, business development, and construction across the US and Canada. Holding both a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Ben has developed a deep expertise in overseeing complex projects and driving business growth.
Throughout his career, Ben has worked with leading organizations, demonstrating a proven ability to manage teams, optimize operations, and deliver results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. His extensive background in both engineering and business allows him to bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic leadership.
Ben currently splits his time between TEC and his home in Texas, but he is a proud Michigander at heart. This spring, he will be bringing his wife and their two dogs, Coco and Sandy, back to Michigan to be closer to family and continue his professional journey with TEC.
