The College for Creative Studies selected Testing Engineers & Consultants (TEC) to provide construction materials evaluation and testing services during the transformation of Detroit’s historic General Motors Argonaut building into their new home. The 760,000 ft. building has remained empty since 1999.
The improvements for the College include a parking structure, student housing, a conference center, new auditorium and parking areas. The opening is planned for the fall of 2009.
